COVID PROTOCOLS

The safety of our students and staff are of the highest priority at The Concrete Rose. Below are a list of measures that we will take in order to ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Students ONLY are directed to enter the building. 

  • Students will only be allowed to enter one by one

  • For the younger students, parents are allowed to come in to help their dancer get dressed and use the restroom before class begins and after class ends, but must wait outside during class times.

  • Masks MUST be worn when entering and exiting the building.

  • Students will be required to sanitizer hands before entering the building. (sanitizer will be placed outside)

  • Upon entry, staff will take all temperatures with a hands-free infrared thermometer

  • Students must sign in, documenting their temperature and sanitizing hands before and after. All pens will be sanitized and only used once.

  • All items must be placed in a cubby and avoid congregating in the lounge area.

  • The water dispenser will not be used for sanitary purposes  

  • Once dressed for class, all students must wash their hands before entering class to stretch.

  • Upon the dismissal of class, all students are required to wash their hands before changing back into their regular cloths and masks must be put back on.

  • Hands must be sanitized before touching ALL door handles.

  • Once all dancers are dismissed, all surfaces, cubbies, bathrooms, doors, chairs, mirrors, ipads, etc. will be cleaned and disinfected so that we are prepared for our next group of dancers.

  • Parents entering the building must wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing with students, staff, and other parents.
