The Concrete Rose is fully devoted to providing young dancers an encouraging environment where they are given an opportunity to grow and excel in their dance education. We wish to encourage our students to achieve their fullest potential – to support them as they grow artistically and academically and develop into well rounded individuals who are nourished in mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to generate a foundation where a rose can bloom, even in those cases where nature has made it nearly impossible for them to survive.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer looking to improve your technique, we guarantee you’ll find it here. The Concrete Rose Dance Academy will give young students, ages 3+ in the Roanoke Valley community the opportunity to learn the techniques of dance, flag, and baton on all different skill levels, while learning lessons on self-identity, physical education, healthy competition, and the importance of service to one’s community.
